These subtle, dreamy blue earrings have been made with faceted blue lace agate gemstone briolettes carefully hand-wrapped on Argentium* (tarnish resistant) sterling silver wire. The wire is easy to wear 21 gauge that has been hammered and forged for hardness; the ends of the ear wires were then filed to avoid any snagging.
Blue lace agate is a banded chalcedony with swirls of soft blue and white. These briolettes measure 8 x 12mm. The earrings dangle approximately 1.25 inches from the tops of the ear wires to the bottom of the stone.
