Free Shipping in the USA
Items are shipped First Class via the US Post Office within one day of receiving payment.
Custom orders involve discussion about the job, including the time and cost.

We keep your payment information secure. Our shop, LeanneFDesigns, never receives your credit card information.
Returns & refunds
I know how difficult it can be to tell what an item is like without touching it and seeing it in person. I want to make sure you are happy with what you receive and will gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Contact me within three days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase. When I receive the item back, I'll refund the full amount (minus your return shipping costs) or an exchange.
Please request a cancellation of your order within six hours of purchase.
Unfortunately, I will be unable to accept returns of custom or personalized items.
